Trauma, PTSD and Phobias

Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
Being involved in a car accident—whether recent or in the past—can leave lasting emotional and physical effects. You may experience anxiety, panic while driving, nightmares, flashbacks, hypervigilance, or even symptoms of PTSD. It’s not uncommon to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unable to “shake it off,” even after physical injuries have healed.
As trauma-informed therapists, we specialize in helping individuals recover emotionally after motor vehicle accidents and supporting them with insurance claims. Through supportive, evidence-based therapy, we’ll work together to reduce trauma symptoms, rebuild a sense of safety, and help you regain control over your life and mobility.
Stress Management and Emotional Regulation

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Living with ADHD can feel frustrating and overwhelming. You might struggle with focus, organization, time management, or impulsivity—despite your best efforts. It’s common to feel misunderstood, scattered, or exhausted by trying to keep up in work, relationships, or daily life.
We provide supportive, skills-focused counselling to help you better understand how your brain works, reduce overwhelm, and build strategies that actually fit your life. Together, we’ll work on managing distractions, improving executive functioning, and restoring your confidence.
Our Services & Fees
Individual Counselling
Individual therapy sessions are $140 for a 50-minute appointment. Rates can be offered on a sliding scale as needed. There are currently openings for short-term probono therapy with our Master’s level student.
Free 15-Minute Consultation
Finding the right therapist is an important step in your healing journey. We offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation to help you ask questions, learn more about our approach, and see if we’re a good fit—no pressure, no commitment. It’s a chance for us to connect and explore how therapy can support your goals.
Insurance and Coverage
Many benefit providers cover Registered Psychotherapists.
Direct billing is available for some insurance companies such as Green shield, Blue Cross and Telus Health.
Receipts are provided and can be claimed as a medical expense on your income taxes.
